phyaya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. phyaya processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as enforced by the National Privacy Commission.
By using phyaya, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, AML monitoring, player support, and the improvement of the Platform's services. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If a dispute cannot be resolved through phyaya's internal process, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRC), or submitted to the proper courts of the Philippines, as applicable. The parties waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by Philippine law.
phyaya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, phyaya will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page. Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially alter player rights — may be made without specific notice.
Your continued use of phyaya following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.
